NFCC Annual Member Dues

NFCC Membership dues are calculated under a tiered structure based on agency revenues. Effective January 1, 2023, the minimum dues are $4,543 and there is no cap. Under the tiered structure dues are calculated at a rate of:
Dues Structure:
Revenue: Tier 1: $1,000,000 and Less | 1.7756% with a minimum rate of $4,543; |
Tier 2: $1,000,001-$3,000,000 | 1.548%; |
Tier 3: $3,000,001+ | 0.066%; still with no cap on dues amount; |
NFCC Connect registration is included in dues:
- Ranges from 1 to 6 registrations depending on dues amount (one vote and dues registration per 10K of dues paid);
- Applied at the “Super Early Bird” rate, currently $550 each (may be modified by the Council on Member Affairs from year to year).
Annual Adjustment
An Annual adjustment will be approved annually by the Council on Member Affairs; based on the Federal Consumer Price Index (CPI).
Note: The NFCC dues structure may change during the application process or after an agency becomes a member. It is understood that payment of annual member dues is a requirement of membership. In addition, member agencies are also responsible for prompt payment of other fees and services, such as the National Locator Line and Online Counseling. Member agencies are also responsible to pay all applicable fees associated with the NFCC Certified Counselor Credit Counselor” designation which is required for all active agency counselors. The use of ACH payment processing to collect dues income for members services payment process such that commencing January 1, 2016, monthly agency dues payments will be remitted to the NFCC using an automated ACH transfer from the agency’s operations account with a fixed monthly date.
